Local Worker Recruitment

Employers may choose between direct recruitment or Payroll Management by Tasik Utara

  • We source local workers based on your criteria

  • Preliminary interview and worker screening will be conducted

  • Selected candidates will be arranged for further interview at customer site

  • Customers may choose to cover for transportation ( workers from far location) , we will then arrange for the van or bus coverage.

Foreign Workers Recruitment

Pre Worker Placement

  • Free preliminary consultation on workers application eligibility

  • Assist on all required documents preparation and submission to Labour Office

  • Follow up on Labour office assessment and on site audit

  • Assist on interview at KDN (Home Ministry) for Approval Letter


Workers Selection

  • We always strive to meet highest standard when providing foreign workers recruitment service to our client

  • Preliminary Screening and interview will be conduct at source country to provide job matching workers to our valued client

  • Workers will be thoroughly briefed on future work, salary and all important info to make sure they are mentally and physical ready to work abroad

  • Workers Biodata/ Resume will then be provided to customers for selection

  • Overseas Interview can be arranged upon customers request

  • We will assist to obtain calling visa for selected workers, and all relevant embassy attestation documentation works

  • Workers will obtain final clearance from source country to depart


Workers Counselling

  • We provided workers counselling service or interaction to make sure workers are motivated with work


Add hoc issue / Any unexpected issue

  • We provide immediate response to any other ad hoc issue which may arise from time to time.
